RYE, NY, MARCH 28, 2024 <\/strong>\u2013 Effective immediately, Compass Media Networks announces the promotions of three-long-standing executives, Robert Blum, Tyler Brewer, and Chris Kleiber, who will collectively oversee the content creation, production, and distribution of the company\u2019s play-by-play sports platform.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor over 16 years, Compass Media Networks has set a standard of excellence for national play-by-play sports with Chris, Rob, and Tyler playing a vital part in our success,\u201d said Peter Kosann, CEO\/Founder of Compass Media Networks. \u201cIt is our pleasure to give these three talented executives their day in the sun, knowing that they will continue to work incredibly hard to carry on this tradition of excellence.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Compass Media Networks broadcasts annually over 100 major, live, play-by-play sporting events involving college men\u2019s basketball and football (including the Big Ten Tournament and the Big Ten Championship Game), NFL 1pm and 4pm Sunday Doubleheaders, and complete coverage of the Dallas Cowboys and Las Vegas Raiders.\u00a0The broadcasts are distributed across hundreds of top-rated terrestrial sports, news-talk and music stations as well as digital distribution platforms such as Sirius-XM, Verizon Mobile, and the Varsity App. \u00a0<\/p>\n

The Company announces the following promotions and responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\"\"Robert Blum:<\/strong> Mr. Blum, a 12-year veteran, has been appointed Vice President & General Manager of Sports and shall also continue to serve as Vice President of Affiliate Sales for News-Talk and Sports.\u00a0 In this new role, Mr. Blum shall oversee all aspects related to content creation, production, and distribution of Compass Media Networks\u2019 play-by-play sports business.<\/p>\n

\"\"Tyler Brewer:<\/strong> Mr. Brewer, a 14-year veteran with the Company, has been appointed Executive Producer \u2013 Sports Programming. \u00a0In this role, Mr. Brewer, based out of the Company\u2019s Los Angeles studios, will oversee all sports production, working in collaboration with Mr. Kleiber and the Company\u2019s array of broadcast talent, producers, engineers, statisticians, spotters, and broadcast partners.<\/p>\n

\"Chris_Kleiber\"Chris Kleiber:<\/strong> Mr. Kleiber, a 10-year veteran with the Company, has been appointed Senior Producer \u2013 Sports Programming. Mr. Kleiber, based out of the Company\u2019s Los Angeles studios, will manage sports production with Mr. Brewer and be responsible for all local radio broadcasts of the Las Vegas Raiders including pre and post-game shows.<\/p>\n
