Jason Horowitz

Play-by-Play Announcer “Voice of the Las Vegas Raiders”

Jason Horowitz will serve as radio play-by-play announcer for the Silver and Black. Horowitz will be joined on the call for all Raiders games this season by former All-Pro tackle Lincoln Kennedy, who moved to the booth to handle color analyst duties in 2018 after serving as sideline reporter for four seasons for the organization.

“As a kid, I used to pretend I was the voice for a team calling an epic interception, or the game-winning touchdown,” said Horowitz. “I want to thank Mark Davis and the Raiders organization for making that dream become a reality. I am humbled to join an historic franchise, following in the footsteps of the legends who have called games for the Silver and Black to the sport’s greatest fanbase.”

Horowitz has also been the host of Westwood One’s NCAA Football and Basketball coverage and has been in this role since 2009. Horowitz’s work with Westwood One includes NCAA tournaments culminating at the Final Four since 2014.

He has also covered college football for CBS Sports Network and the Big Ten Network since 2014.

Horowitz started his career at 22 in New York as the host of CBSSportsline.com in 2005, when CBS became the first network to have video exclusively for the internet.

Horowitz has hosted various shows on SiriusXM NFL Radio and ESPNU over the past twelve years.

This past 2021-22 season, he was the voice of Army Football for CBS Sports Network.

Horowitz’s work has also included the coverage of 5 Super Bowls, multiple Olympic Games for Westwood One, and 14 Final Fours, including the last eight as Westwood One’s tournament host. He has also called 8 FCS Championship games while hosting the last 10 NFL drafts.
