RYE, NY FEBRUARY 19, 2026 — Compass Media Networks is pleased to announce the promotion of Sydney Sperling to the position of Director of Affiliate Sales.

In her new role, Sperling will help create the affiliate sales strategy and drive expansion across Compass Media Networks’ national audio portfolio, including The Anna & Raven Show, John Tesh’s Intelligence for Your Life, Rick Dees, Deja Vu, SPECai, amongst others.

Sperling is a 2023 graduate of Trinity College and joined Compass Media Networks in July 2023. She has been instrumental in expanding affiliate relationships, enhancing the growth, and supporting the success of Compass Media Networks’ premium content offerings. Her collaborative approach and commitment to excellence have earned her the respect of colleagues and partners alike.
