Ted Emrich

Ted Emrich is honored to be a part of Compass Media Networks’ coverage of the Dallas Cowboys.

Ted joined ESPN in 2015, and serves as a play-by-play announcer for college football, college basketball, and high school basketball.

Emrich also handles play-by-play for the NFL, college football, and March Madness for Westwood One and called multiple Olympic events during the network’s exclusive coverage from London, Sochi, and Rio, including track and field at the 2016 Olympics.

Emrich has also anchored coverage of The Masters on Westwood One since 2015. Emrich was previously a host, anchor, and reporter for ESPN Dallas 103.3 FM and spent eight seasons as the studio anchor for University of Texas football and men’s basketball on the Longhorn Radio Network.

Ted graduated from the University of North Texas in 2009.
