Josh Lewin is a veteran American sportscaster currently serving as the radio play-by-play “Voice of the Bruins” for UCLA football and men’s basketball, a role he has held since 2016. Over a career spanning more than three decades, Lewin has broadcasted for all four major professional sports leagues, most notably as a MLB announcer for the Texas Rangers, New York Mets, and Detroit Tigers. He also spent over a decade as the radio voice of the NFL’s San Diego Chargers and has called games nationally for FOX Sports. Beyond the broadcast booth, Lewin is a published author and a passionate mental health advocate, having founded the “Okay Together” initiative to help individuals struggling with depression and anxiety.
