Dale Hellestrae

College Football – Color Analyst

Former NFL offensive lineman for the Buffalo Bills (1985-1989), Dallas Cowboys (1990-2000), and Baltimore Ravens (2001), Dale serves as an analyst for Compass Media Networks and various media outlets in his hometown of Phoenix, Arizona.

Dale is perhaps best known for being a member of three Dallas Cowboys’ Super Bowl teams.
